as the monsoon season closes here in arizona, the temperatures become cooler and the sun sets get otherworldly. My full name is included in this small (4X5 in) watercolor.

Strange how I never considered monsoons in Arizona. Shows how stereotypes can be formed. I still cannot make out your name but confess my wee eyes are getting older. Perhaps was looking too hard for the archetypal John Wayne characters riding through the stormy weather

Yes, there is even a chance that some weather remnants of Hurricane Hilary may reach us this weekend. Bob, let me be the first to welcome you to the United States of America! I know you haven’t actually left yet, but I may not get the chance to say in the weeks to come. Judging from your fine photos and water media, I think you will find the similarities as amazing as the differences twinxt the two countries!
Regards, a firm handshake. Larry M. Seals (greyseal)

This is very kind of you, Larry. We are really looking forward to the trip and will be setting off very soon. Hope the hurricane remnants don’t cause too much disruption. We got the tale end of “Katia” recently – all the way across the Atlantic, and that was bad enough.
