My First Page in my first Moleskine, this is towards my work based upon “Place” which is for my Uni Course. This is done in watercolour, it is of a boat which is nearby where I live and never seen it get used, it’s always there and i just thought i’d start with this.

Hi Steven. Thank you for the complement. Even after many years I still learn new ways to use watercolours. I find its best to paint/sketch regularly and also to see how others go about things. As to hints about colours there is a “thread” in the Forum connected with techniques. I started this a couple of years ago but, since it hasn’t been added to recently, its slipped of the visible list. If you haven’t visited the Form (See the top of the page) please do so. Lots of good stuff there including Plasma Girl’s Monthly Challenge. Anyway, please have a look at the link I mention.
