Uncharted Stars
I’m taking part in the Sketchbook Project World Tour 2012 and this is my first work in my sketchbook (inside the back cover, as working back-to-front is a habit I picked up a while ago). My theme this year is ‘Uncharted Waters.’ This is done with dark blue acrylic paint and silver sharpie marker.

Acrylic (and paint in general) is something pretty new to me (I did work with it a little in grade school, but that was many years ago) and the possibilities it offers excite me!
