Newcastle Impression
The bar was out of Guinness (at 5:30 on a Friday…they need to have a talk with whoever does their ordering!), so my plan to sketch a Guinness out on the deck while I waited for friends to join me got revised to sketching a Newcastle instead.

Wow! American women! Out drinking at 5.30 and cannot get Guinness so settles for Newcastle Brown instead. It used to be said that the Accident and Emergency rooms, in Newcastle, had to install extractor fans to protect the nursing staff from the “Newki” fumes from the drunks brought in after a few pints of this stuff. I definitely must visit the USA sometime
