These lines are great because they show movement. The texture on the deer softened that too. Sometimes your lines are so bold that they look more fitting to a car or something than to a living thing. I remember I really liked the effect with the fish, however. I just like this different approach to the texture is all I’m saying.
What else I like about this–it’s pretty realistic but like a cartoon also. You can kind of imagine Bugs Bunny in a ten-gallon hat right in the middle of this (that’s a compliment).
