I entered a flower shop and I quickly sketched some things I liked. A few minutes later, in a restaurant, the waiter brought me a bad coffee and I used the last drops to put some shadows on the sketch, so I used the coffee plate as a palette. Is the first time I did this on a normal Moleskine, so I didn’t knew the paper is too thin for this. The waiter, with his big moustache decorating my right shoulder, started telling me a story about an old friend in the army while I was still sketching other things and faces around me. Maybe next time he’ll serve me a better coffee. I hope.

Thank you so much for your kind comments! Yes, Marco, it was a special day and I enjoyed sketching around.
Thank you for the lettering remark too, Zipadeedoodle. I might come with some more.
(Finally, I think I will start an English blog, too. I am glad I discovered this community here, at SkineArt!)
