Excellent sketch–I like working with gouache in the moleskines. This type of medium seems to work well with the moleskine paper–applies better than regular watercolors, at least that it was I’ve experienced.

I haven’t worked with gouache on the Moleskine paper yet, thanks for the tip! The coffee I use mostly in the morning

Gallery318, I do prefer gouache on Moleskine paper— it sits on the surface well. Definitely try it, arhitectul.
Yes Nancy, coffee— I used it instead of water with my gouache and it gave the colours a really nice earthy tone, which I found appropriate for Nepal

Thank you, Nancy— definitely give it a try. It works better than a tea wash, I have found.
