I was once advised to try this to loosen up things. It works as does this nice wee effort. Next stage – try to draw without lifting your pencil. Not as easy as folks might think.
Thank you Martin and Bob. I tried before to sketch without lifting pencil, or without looking at the paper. As 18-yearold I use to go with my best friend to group of artists, followers of famous Oskar Rabin, in Lianozovo, adepts of Belutin’s school, where we went crazy, doing antiArt, using non traditional methods and experiments. I think, I need a structure and discipline. So plain pencil is the best for that.

I think the experiment works, gives a vibrancy without getting into detail, nice drawing.

That must appear rather daft. What I mean is , “Try to draw without lifting the point of the pencil from the surface of the page”.
