The Triffids Kept Me Awake
A friend lent me John Wyndham’s sci-fi book ‘Day of the Triffids’ and I ended up staying awake most of the night reading the whole thing.

Ah John Wyndham. Although his “Triffids” is probably his best known, have you read “The Chrysalids”? Its his best , in my opinion.

Well, for me the best Wyndham novel was “the Kraken Wakes”. But maybe that was because my father gave me the book saying: if you want to master the language, read it. (He was an english teacher).
