Vegetable Parmesan. “Shorty” is a fat short pencil with 3.15 mm lead, Worther, from Germany. So I was dragging my pencil around and draw what I saw to give it a try. Fennel looks very interesting and adds a lot of flavor to amazing Vegetable Parmesan dish.
