Another businesstrip, to France this time. Drew this last Tuesday evening late in Tarbes, a house opposite the Cathedral. Used Lamy fountainpen and Pentel brushpen.
I love it too. Beautiful shadows, lines and foreground tree – one can instantly see it’s s’avonds sketch (how did you see what were you doing?). Certainly different from your previous posts. I like to see some experimental efforts once in a while and this is really beautiful!

Really like the way the reflective/highlighted surfaces show little texture while those in shadow do. Nice one Rene.

Nice I like it. Drawing is now becoming more essential to me for doing paintings so I hope to be doing a lot more drawing.
