“Selena’s Diner”. Went to get burgers on the way from Hudson. Ink, Sepia, pencil, Kuretake 13 in plain Moleskine.
Great to see this Nikira. In Bill Bryson’s book, “Notes from a Big Country” (In the USA “I’m a Stranger here myself”) he bemoans the fact that traditional diners are fast becoming a thing of the past as fast food outlets are becoming the norm. Its good that places like this still exist – a sort of familiar scene to us in the UK
Bob, in villages here diners plays role of not only places to get food, but to socialize, I think, I feel a little like I am in old movie. It was pretty eccentric of me to pull out Moleskine and draw openly.
