One of the pieces from our sketchwalk 2 months ago. I moved to this area (Tiong Bahru) about 6 years ago and still loving it. Lots of charming pre and post war buildings built for mass housing projects. You can also see a lot of influences from the art deco movement in the architectural ornamentations and details.
