Few minutes lunch in rich house (nasty owner). I always liked this heavy kitchen lamp racks. The rest of the decoration – you can die laughing: nursery colors, topsy-turvy, lime green trim work, suffocating strips of wallpaper, insane eclectic. Decorator is 75 years old. Only proves that money isn’t everything, it only adds to what you have. I used Kuretake 13 brush pen and sepia ink.

Love your description, Nikira. Sounds as if you were having a wonderful time. I will not criticise as you should see my attempts at colour coordination in my house. Margaret says I do it to scare people away

Bob, with your personality you can’t go wrong, I am sure it is warm and wonderful. Do a sketch, please, I am curious. The owner turned to be a professor from NYU (poor grads there). I will post what I did there on my blog and throw link here. The best thing is to find beautiful rock you like and take color harmony from there: all that honey, blues and coffee, olive.
