This is a flower of a huge bush in my backyard. It is blooming right now.
I guess I have not grabbed the light that crosses the petals. It is beautiful.

wonderful sketch !
.
the trumpet vine in our area blooms bright orange,
and is rather aggressive — it can grow right into
or through the kitchen window, and “bloom bright orange
on the wall” inside.
.
there’s a lovely song about the trumpet vine by
Kate Wolf – do you know it ?
http://www.amazon.com/The-Trumpet-Vine/dp/B00122JXOY/ref=dm_ap_trk48
.
“the trumpet vine grew in the kitchen window
And bloomed bright orange on the wall
You sat in the morning light, holding a guitar
As the first summer rain began to fall.”
…
“I can see you sittin’ there beneath the trumpet vine
The sunlight through the window in the kitchen in my mind
You came when you were needed, I could not ask for more
Than to turn to find you walkin’ through the kitchen door.”

Thank you, j.stremikis, I did not know the music.
Here in my country, Brazil, the trumpet vines are either white or pink. Ive never seen an orange one – must be beautiful.
