Brrrr is back – Acrylic paint and gel in a Watercolour Moleskine

Still playing about with “body paints” – this time to try to suggest the chaos caused by last week’s sudden storm. On Tuesday 30th March the country experienced very high winds which caused much structural damage and left thousands without power. This was the reason this old beech tree was brought down near my home. During the following night it began to snow and the winds caused lots of drifting. By the next afternoon things had eased but many folks had no electricity until the weekend. Tragedy occurred when a 17year old schoolgirl was killed on a school trip when their bus lost control in bad weather. We were lucky, in my neck of the woods, as we were on the periphery of the storm. My small video

only hints at the conditions up north and to the south of Scotland.
