I see this old guy almost everytime I walk around the “city”. I wanted to get a good reference photo of him (since he never stops moving), but he was too elusive and kept taking turns. Thus leaving me wondering “which way” did he go. I never did get a photo of his face… My scanner sucks, it doesn’t pick up the grey tones, this is much lighter than the real thing… oh well I’ll stop rambling.

You’re not rambling, Joe. This is great despite your misgivings. I think you have captured the mood, of old age, perfectly here – something I am becoming very familiar with

Getting a good photo is hard for me. Ive been taking mine outside in the light with a camera. It gets close but still not like seeing the real thing. Nice drawing I cant get how your able to do your drawings with out any underdrawing at least thats what it appears to me.

You and me both Bob! Kirby, I always try to start with ink, lots and lots of practice, some day I’ll get it right.
