An old trail that runs through a ranch pasture near home. On the old plank of wood with faded paint is the word SQUAW. I have no idea what this signifies, but it’s fun to come up with my own ideas.
… and, since I like to read between the lines, I also like the space between them. Thanks for leaving some “empty” space giving the lines more important role.
Those are almost, should I say, like landscape’s erogenous zones. On the other hand, It could be just me?!
Another masterpiece! I love the S shaped curve that starts with the clouds, goes along the horizon and then turns back toward the SQUAW sign (Susan’s Quite Unique Art’s Wonderful!).
I have to agree with the generous comments above. This is SO GOOD. As to the notice – maybe its been shortened from “Squawk” – the Yellow-crowned Night-Heron which has its breeding colonies in your part of the world in summer (OK I’m not that clever – I used the internet).
PS Another soup recipe for you in my next post.
Thank you folks. This trail looks to be old, and is probably followed by animals as well as people (back in the days). The SQUAW sign runs parallel with a spring fed creek and the hill in the distance. Anyway, it’s a really great walk through the countryside. Soup! Can’t wait to see you’re next post, Bob.
Amazing drawing, i really like your style! I liked this one in special because it reminds me of the adventure stories of Huey, Dewey and Louie that i used to read when i was younger. =] nicely done!

A Native American woman lives there. Amazing lines. They make you want to turn and walk down that trail/road.
