My wife with a cup of tea. Seriously lost in thought there.
Your pencil work is stunning. I like this trembling lines.
Thanks Nikira for your support. Your kind words are keeping me enthusiastic!
your pencil work here captures a very familiar “home feeling”.
please, do keep enthusiastic – for those of us who are “quietly
inspired” – sometimes we’re just quiet, or as in this case, we
quietly add a vote to the “faves”.
also, enjoying your comments on others’ art posted here.
please, do stay involved. you (and others, of course) make this
site what it is… something to return to, time and again – to
be “quietly inspired” by…
been really enjoying your work!
@ j. stremikis – indeed! Thank you for this.
@ John – You, in turn, keep a lot of people here inspired. Wonderful how this works, isn’t it?
Thanks folks! I wasn’t thinking of leaving though! This site is the greatest thing I’ve found in years!!
What I meant was that at the end of a tiring day to know that someone out there likes my drawings is enough to motivate me to get out my Moleskine and produce one.
I really, really admire you artists that draw everywhere you go! Having said that I’m rapidly becoming addicted to the quick line drawings so maybe I’ll be joining you sooner rather than later.
Anyway, I really do appreciate all the comments and the “quiet votes”. It really does inspire me to keep going. Thank you so much!
These are wonderful, John! Art is a healthy addiction!
