  I recommend wines of “Cariñena”,”Rioja”,”Rivera del Duero”,”Campo de Borja”,”Riveiro”,”Albariño” of Spain.

  Thank you Joe and Nuria. Joe, I think Nuria should send us some samples to taste. Nuria, this is just a pen: Stadler “Pigment liner” which is like one-use rapidograph. When I use “real” ink it is usually German Rotring.
