Last thursday, while driving from Maastricht to Amsterdam, we encountered this hailstorm. My wife was driving so I could made a few quick scribbles. I finished the drawing (safely at home) by memory.

I can’t believe Ziza misses the Dutch rain. Or Scottish rain for that matter. Next time keep it up north ;).

The rain is one very useful invention. Without it we would only fool-around and play in the sun, and no one would actually work. Not to mention its pleasing effects on agriculture!
Didn’t you notice: the rich countries are the rainiest? (in terms of rain-durations not total rainfall or intensity)
