My dream. If I draw my bad dream its leaving me. They holding ground beef. May be its their hearts. The whole shape is resembling heart. I feel terribly connected. Ink in pocket moleskine.

I’m faving this one more to make you feel better, than I actually enjoyed it. It is nice composition, but at the moment too disturbing for my nerves… Hope this dream went away forever…

funny that my work is traditional, but my dreams more surreal.

They got to be surreal. It’s the whole point of dreams, isn’t it?

Wow, I’ve had similar dreams, well, minus the ground beef. But this resembles some rather common themes in my own dreams.

@Q Really? Its interesting. Because I thought its about fear of loosing your identity or fear for people, who’s identitys were taken away. Even hearts taken. I pressed mine against the night robe, even it bloodstain it.
@Ziza, a lot of people I know have pretty realistic dreams.

I wouldn’t draw your bad dreams. In my opinion you would be reinforcing them. Making more bad dreams.
I don’t like bad dreams. Do you get enough sleep. Most of the time I remember dreams when I don’t get enough sleep and I’m half awake half sleepy.

Nikira, “realistic dreams” is an oxymoron! Believe me, they are (those realistic dreaming people) lying to you (or themselves)! Don’t trust people with realistic dreams. Realistic – in the sense that they seem to be really happening – YES; realistic in the sense of showing common situations (without surreal twists and turns) – I find that hard to believe!
But then again, who am I to judge?

Fear of losing one’s identity. That’s an interesting suggestion that I’ll keep in mind. I always figured such dreams had to do with feeling controlled. In my dreams I’m always with a mass group of people who are being herded into some direction with guards, police or hunters keeping watch. I usually break away and end up being chased into some forest.

@Kirby. Drawing dreams gives me a chance to draw a fantasy, because mostly I draw from life. I don’t believe in bad forces, so its harmless. I think it is stopping the moment, makes me to remember. I remember couple of my dreams from nine grade in school, and the feeling of sun on my knees when I flew above red poppy flowers. It makes life reacher.
