Driving. I wanted to show mood, when all you see is couple of red lights you follow. It is road 87. And you dreaming that when you’ll come home you’ll have a glass of wine and put logs in the wood stove.

I join-in admiration for this one! How did you manage to drive and paint in the same time will remain mystery…

Absolutely brilliant! How well you’ve shown the driving conditions when I hate to be out there on the road. So tell us how you did this one. What medium was used for the water drops? And what color? Because it looks like that awful combination of rain and snow and cold.

Opino igual que Lucius, Ziza y Rose. ¿Puedes, por favor, explicarnos como has hecho ésto, si lo deseas?. Es precioso.

I think like Lucius, Ziza and Rose. Can you please explain how you did this, if you want?. It’s beautiful. A vote was mine.

Thank you very much for nice words. My daughter told me if you think of something, just do it. I did few small sketches on the road while my husband was driving most of the trips. Was thinking many times how interesting road with cars looks. Did pencil sketch of boring common landscape and added couple of red dots in watercolor. On the top drizzled some white house paint tinted blue with universal tint.
@Pascal, I didn’t have wine for a long time, and stove getting moved to another spot, not finished. This why dream is so vivid.

I concur with all the other comments. I’ve driven in those conditions, you’ve captured it splendidly. There’s a story there for the creative writer in all of us. Each with our own story going in different directions. Thanks for the inspiration.
