“Les ventres Jaunes” (yellow bellies)
is the name of a typical restaurant in Lyon (called : Bouchon)
it came from the name given to the chicken in the region of Bresse.
very cosy and warm restaurant

What a nice scene which reminds me so much of the small restaurants in your country. I am always thrilled by the way customers are welcomed in these places, something we could learn from in the UK.
Quelle scène de Nice qui me rappelle tellement les petits restaurants dans votre pays. Je suis toujours ravi par la façon dont les clients sont accueillis dans ces lieux, que nous pourrions tirer des enseignements au Royaume Uni.

beware of automatic translation!
it’s not from the city of Nice but from Lyon.
translation machine has kept “nice” (pretty, sweet) like the city of nice in the south of france! very funny.
btw if you want to find back UK art of welcoming, come to Paris! lol!
