This place is near New York Aquarium. The shape of train station kinda interesting with waves and long openings. I even planned to use it for interior decoration in a big office in Manhattan, like an installation, but it was out of budget, so stayed in dreamland.

Your work in particular always intrigues me because I sometimes have actually seen where you’re painting (not always but often) and so I can see the impressionistic thing where you get the flavor of the place or do something grand with the colors, so it reminds me of that place but really is more like–the spirit of it. Which is interesting because sometimes you see the inside of the artist because you can compare it to what a photo would look like. All this to say that your work is much more intriguing than photos. Also you seem to have the confidence to just whip out your paints and get down to brass tacks on location. I’m sure it’s encouraging to others. I think art websites like this are a really cool thing on the internet.

Sophie, thank you very much for your kind words. I hide in the car, I used to paint with oil and easel on the street long time ago.
Andrew, thank you and look into forums, where I put info for you.
