It was sketching this when they surprised a pile to me of firings of gun by all the sides. They were hunters. I was much scared…
Well sketch wit watercolour and pen marker in Quintanilla de Arriba, in Ribera del Duero’s zone. A diferent landscape that the last mountain’s sketchs I was done. I think this is more dificult for me, a lot of levels colours, and more more subtle.

I like this a lot. The colors, the levels, all such a treat for my eyes.

Your landscape is wonderful. The patchwork fields are just so right without the greens dominating everything. I’m glad you didn’t get shot. Evidently this happens a lot. Are you familiar with Tome Lehrer’s “The Hunting Song?” The first verse goes like:
I always will remember,
’twas a year ago november,
I went out to hunt some deer
On a mornin’ bright and clear.
I went and shot the maximum the game laws would allow,
Two game wardens, seven hunters, and a cow.
